the proper porch provides styling and installation services with care and attention to detail. Once installation is complete, ongoing maintenance, watering, repositioning, weather related wear, or accidental damage becomes the responsibility of the homeowner.
the proper porch is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by weather, wildlife, theft, or third parties
- Shifting or movement of decor after installation
- Natural deterioration of fresh products over time
- Adhesive or temporary mounting products after installation
Photo and Marketing Consent
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the customer grants permission for the proper porch to photograph completed installations for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. Home addresses and identifying details will be omitted or blurred when possible.
Delivery Windows
Delivery and installation windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or scheduling adjustments. We appreciate your flexibility during peak seasonal periods.
Cancellations
Deposits are nonrefundable due to scheduling, product sourcing, and seasonal inventory commitments. Requests for rescheduling will be accommodated when possible based on availability.

All website content, images, logos, designs, branding, and text are property of the proper porch llc. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
